The Humole books are a children's Science Fiction adventure series. The Humoles are genetically engineered half-human, half-mole creatures who are created by scientists on the island of Panmolia in the year 2053. These evil scientist/villains force the peaceful humoles to dig out a toxic, radioactive rock called Gentsohmite. This deadly rock, when distributed around the world, could wipe out the human race. It falls upon a human family, the Petersons, and a species called the humoles to save the world from a villainous plot. The humoles show the humans how love and peace can win over hate and war.
